Clean water:

village of kakdwip

In West Bengal, a well must be dug 10,000 feet deep or more to reach clean water.  Unfortunately, most wells in rural villages are not that deep and as a result, the water contains arsenic.  In 2012, we funded a clean water well for the children's home in Kakdwip.

clean water:

village of falta, naba tarun sangha

The boys at Naba Tarun Sangha in the village of Falta were drinking water containing arsenic.  In 2014, we funded a clean water well.  In addition to the boys at Naba Tarun Sangha, the well is used by the villagers in Falta.
